Good doctors
Tonight we had a great experience with a doctor (Jessica , I believe) at Urgent Care in Mukwonago. We came in at 7:00, were seen within 3 minutes, and the doctor/PA was very thorough and took time with my son. Worth the drive from another city to get Prohealth service!
Convenient location near Aldi and Walmart, in addition ER is open 24/7 and seldom has a wait to be seen.
I have been here twice now. Unfortunately, both time we're for ER visits, but the staff is tremendous. I have been to the hospital too many times to count (I have kids and, as a youth Pastor, make hospital visits) and our experiences here have been among the best.
Always have a good experience here. Had an issue once but it was taken care of. My go to place for anything. Friendly nurses and doctors.
My family has been going to this center since 1979. The doctors I've met have all been caring and competent. I use their lab semi regularly for blood draws and in all that time only had one painful experience. And he no longer works for Prohealth. I credit Prohealth with saving my life. I went in thinking I had a bad case of broncitous. Tried telling doctor that. I was a little surprised to take an ambulance ride to Waukesha Memorial hospital for a heart mitral valve repair. Stabilized me and next day 4 hour surgery. A few days later I'm at home for a mandatory 2 week vacation from work. Everyone caring, calming and amazingly competent. Surprising with no pain. Their pain control is top knotch. Now 10 years later come February, my doctors still say heart of a teenager. I have angels on my shoulder and they work at Prohealth care.
Always friendly and fast unlike aurora health care. My Family Doctor is great too!
Nothing but positive things to say. I literally drove right past another Hospitals E.R. in pain to go here because of the reputation they have. From intake, to the tech that took vitals, to the CT tech, plus Nurse Becca & Dr. Andy, seriously amazing, reassuring, thorough & professional staff - on 3rd shift on the weekend nonetheless!
